Not at all. While all the recipes are 100% plant-based, they’re for anyone who loves wholesome, naturally sweet treats. Many families use the book to explore new ways of eating together or to find allergy-friendly alternatives that still taste amazing.

Every recipe in Sweet & Simple is free from refined sugar, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Instead, we use nutrient-dense ingredients like nuts, seeds, dates, coconut, and cacao — foods that fuel growing bodies with natural sweetness, healthy fats, and fiber. Do we need a lot of special ingredients or equipment?
