As parents, we long for our children to make wise food choices, so that they can be healthy and enjoy the vitality of their youth. 

…And yet…

So many of the decisions we make as parents regarding our own eating and lifestyle habits, model something entirely different than true health.

It likely comes as no surprise that our children tend to make poor choices in the exact areas where we are making poor nutritional choices. We can hand them all the carrot sticks we want, but if we’re sneaking potato chips behind the counter we are scrambling our energetic influence over their choices.

Our own frequencies, fears, and habits around food are actually what are stalling our children out from experiencing the powerful life proof of good food choices in their own life: healthy bodies, clear minds, and amazing vitality.

Choosing Grace

On the path to better food choices that actually nourish our children and ourselves, it is important that we start with grace for ourselves. We have been relentlessly programmed and conditioned from birth throughout our entire life to consume things that are not good for us, that lower our frequency, and that fuel disease. 

In fact, the mainstream food guides have outright lied to families for decades about what foods are appropriate to feed growing (and mature!) humans.

We have been inundated with advertisements, cafeterias, restaurants, movies, parties, holidays, and grocery stores that sell food-like products, but are not actually living food. These false-foods do nothing to activate our human genius – our life-force potential – in fact they actively work against us to promote disease, and breakdown in our bodies.

Never Surrender

The social planners and their dark agendas prefers a docile, compliant and sick humanity, as these kinds of humans are easier to rule. Sadly, food-like products have silently been stealing our life-force and the life-force energy of our children for decades, which has the downstream effect of activating acting-out behaviour and mental health issues, weakening the immune system, feeding candida and parasites, as well as generating a rash of skin, breathing, gut, and weight issues.

Return to Health

We are returning to real, living, whole foods that nurture the body. We are activating a knowingness that our bodies can be restored and optimized in this lifetime, and that no disease can hold us back from truly thriving in the days to come.

It is not our fault that we find ourselves where we are, but we can absolutely do something about it now!

New Habits

As we begin to cultivate new eating habits with our children, it is essential that we are making the healthy choices with them. Every good coach needs to embody their message before they invite others on the journey; in the same way great parents dive into embodiment with gusto, modelling new mindsets and behaviours for their children to emulate.

As we begin to shift from old patterns and food paradigms to new, more aligned and life-giving nutrition, we can show ourselves grace as we move forward. 

Your children will pick up your energy and they will be inspired to follow your lead; not always right away, but always in time.

Fresh Start

We want to move into introducing as much living food as possible into our bodies. The following foods are provided directly from the earth and have been coded with the task of sustaining and regenerating humans in an energetically positive way. It’s like we are eating sunshine! 

When we ingest living foods, whose cells are filled with the light of the sun, that power activates energetic healing forces in our bodies.

Begin to focus most of your eating around these foods:

  • Fresh Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Beans
  • Whole Grains
  • Nuts
  • Seeds

Avoid and eliminate these foods from your daily consumption immediately:

  • MSG
  • Aspartame
  • Fluoride (in water and toothpaste)
  • Corn syrup
  • Food dyes
  • Seed Oils
  • Sodas

Begin looking at ways to diminish your use of:

  • Refined sugar
  • Gluten
  • Animal products
  • Coffee
  • Processed fruit juices

There’s a lot of work involved in rebooting our bodies to desire foods that actually heal us, but our tastebuds really do change over time. Take baby steps at first. You will be amazed at how your small actions and choices accumulate in powerful healing experiences over time.

Model the process with your children, and be amazed at their ability to join you in the fun of re-wiring your bodies to enjoy the power of living foods.
